ABOUT COACH LATONIA
My Journey Didn't Begin With All the Answers
Have you ever felt like, “I have no clue what I want to do with my life?”
You're not alone. I have felt this way, too.
Welcome to 378 Coaching®! I'm so glad you're here.
Before I tell you about coaching, I want to tell you a little about me—because 378 Coaching® didn't begin as a business idea. It grew from my own journey of searching, changing directions, learning, growing, and eventually discovering a path that felt aligned with who I was becoming.
I'm sharing part of that journey because if you've ever felt stuck, uncertain, disconnected, or unsure of what's next, I want you to know that I understand what that season can feel like.
MY STORY
For Years, I Was Searching Too
For more than 10 years, I struggled with feelings of inadequacy, a lack of confidence, and not fully understanding my worth.
I searched for direction, walked through difficult seasons, and wondered what I was supposed to be doing with my life.
I remember sitting with my hubby and admitting those words. I even told him I was a little jealous of him—and of other women in my life—because they seemed to know exactly what they were passionate about and where they wanted their lives to go.
And the truth was, I didn't. And that feeling didn't sit well with me.
I knew I didn't want to keep going through the motions, but I also didn't know which direction I was supposed to take.
THE SEARCH
I Changed Directions More Than Once
In 2003, I enrolled part-time in community college with plans to become a paralegal and eventually a lawyer. Then I realized that wasn't the path for me.
In 2009, I transferred to a four-year college and majored in Business Administration. But then I realized that wasn't for me. So, I changed my major to Business Leadership. But I realized that wasn't for me either.
So, I kept searching.
By 2012, at 38, I had reached a point where enough was enough. I was tired of going through the motions and "faking it till I make it." It was so exhausting. I wanted more than that. I wanted to live with intention and purpose. So, I did something different. I stopped trying to figure everything out on my own. Because clearly, I didn't have it figured out!
And you know what? I didn't have to.
I leaned more deeply into my faith. I prayed for guidance and direction. I asked God to show me what He was calling me to do, where He wanted me to go, and what He wanted me to study.
In 2013, things began to become clearer. I discovered a deep passion for helping women who feel lost, inadequate, stagnant, uncertain, or unsure of their next step.
Looking back, I now understand that season as the beginning of my 378 Journey.
My 378 Journey
Purpose was discovered. Completion was honored. And each step created space for a new beginning.

PURPOSE Is Found
My purpose began to unfold when I stopped believing I needed to have every answer and gave myself permission to explore.
My faith became the foundation of that journey, and Jeremiah 29:11 became—and remains—one of the scriptures that encourages me:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
I began to understand that finding purpose didn't require having my entire life mapped out. It required faith, reflection, exploration, and a willingness to keep moving forward.

COMPLETION Is Honored
My journey eventually led me to complete educational and professional milestones that once seemed far from the woman who once said, "I have no clue what I want to do with my life" or "I don't know what I want to be when I grow up."
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Life Coaching - Liberty University
- Life and Engagement Coach Certificate - Anne Arundel Community College
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential - International Coaching Federation
- International Coaching Federation member
- Advanced Certified Team Coach Certificate - Goal Imagery Coaching Academy
These accomplishments mean a lot to me—not simply because of the credentials themselves, but because of what they represent.
They remind me that progress doesn't always happen in a straight line. Sometimes we change directions. Sometimes we question ourselves. Sometimes we start, stop, learn, grow, and begin again. And sometimes we need to pause long enough to recognize just how far we've come. For me, I kept searching and refused to quit on my future. Although I experienced setbacks, they led to growth, and I want to remind you that progress often involves detours and persistence.
For me, these completions weren't simply endings; they prepared the way for something new.

NEW BEGINNINGS
Provide Strength & Inspiration
My journey ultimately led me to establish 378 Coaching®—a new beginning built from everything I had discovered, completed, learned, and experienced along the way.
That's why coaching is so personal to me.
I know what it feels like to wonder, What am I supposed to be doing?
I know what it feels like to see other people moving forward while you're still trying to find your direction.
And I know what it feels like when something finally begins to shift.
Sometimes moving forward begins with a moment of reflection. Sometimes it begins with a new perspective. Sometimes it begins with giving yourself permission to explore what might be possible.
And sometimes, you simply become sick and tired of being sick and tired.
But I'm glad you're here.
HOW I COACH
How My Journey Shapes the Way I Coach
As a coach, my role isn't to tell you what your life should look like or hand you the answers.
Instead, I create a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free space where you can slow down, think deeply, explore what's important to you, and discover your own way forward.
Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and meaningful conversation, I help you explore possibilities, recognize what's already within you, and determine the next steps that feel aligned with your life—not someone else's.
It's yours to discover.

Maybe Your 378 Journey Is Just Beginning
You don't need to know exactly where the journey will lead before taking the first step.
Maybe you're searching for direction. Maybe you're ready to reconnect with yourself. Maybe something in your life has run its course. Or maybe you simply know you're ready for something new—even if you can't quite name it yet.
You don't have to figure it all out today.
Sometimes the first step is simply giving yourself the green light to explore.
