Refund Policy
All payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized under a separate written agreement.

Any applicable refund or cancellation restrictions will be disclosed before purchase as required by law.
6. Coaching Relationship and Professional Boundaries
Coaching is a professional, collaborative, and thought-provoking relationship designed to support personal development, self-awareness, clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress.
Coaching encourages clients to explore their own perspectives, identify meaningful goals, recognize possibilities, and determine actions consistent with their values and priorities.
Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial planning, or consulting.
We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or provide licensed medical, legal, investment, tax, or individualized financial advice.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, well-being, and outcomes.
We encourage clients to consult qualified professionals when specialized assistance is needed.
7. Establishment of a Coaching Relationship
Visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a complimentary 378 Discovery Conversation does not automatically establish a formal coaching relationship.
A coaching relationship is established when the parties mutually agree to work together under the applicable coaching agreement or service arrangement.
Coaching agreements may address:
Scope and objectives of coaching
Session duration and frequency
Fees and payment arrangements
Scheduling and cancellation requirements
Confidentiality and its limitations
Client and coach responsibilities
Termination provisions
Other program-specific conditions
Clients are encouraged to review all applicable agreements before signing or purchasing services.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients and participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly in coaching services.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information during registration and scheduling
Attending scheduled sessions or communicating when unable to attend
Participating in a manner consistent with their goals and circumstances
Making their own decisions regarding actions explored during coaching
Communicating relevant concerns about the coaching relationship
Complying with applicable agreements and program guidelines
Coaching is a collaborative process, and individual participation and commitment may influence the experience.
We do not guarantee that any particular action or decision will produce a specific outcome.
9. Confidentiality and Group Coaching
We recognize that trust, respect, and confidentiality are important aspects of professional coaching.
Confidentiality obligations, limitations, and exceptions will be addressed in applicable coaching agreements and relevant professional ethical standards.
For group and team coaching engagements, participants may voluntarily share personal or professional experiences.
Although we encourage all participants to respect the confidentiality of others, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
Participants should exercise discretion when deciding what information to share.
Additional confidentiality arrangements may apply to organizational coaching, private events, or team coaching engagements.
